By appointment only, I dealt only with Divan.. the vehicle was in “showroom” presentation mode waiting for the scheduled viewing. I was handed the Carfax hardcopy along with only one verbal note to state that the vehicle was purchased from BMW dealer at auction. Divan stayed back the whole time and available to further questions, he did not try to “push” the sale so overall a good experience. The followup negotiation was conducted via text messages, again, straightforward and overall a good experience. I end up purchasing the vehicle which was delivered detailed, and as a bonus, with the engine filter/oil changed and a full gas tank which was a nice surprise.
