About a month ago I took my 2020 Jeep to the shop after a little fender bender, they fixed her up looking brand new again! So happy with the quality of work and efficiency. All of the staff are so so friendly and provide honest suggestions without the pressure of having work done that doesn’t necessarily need to be done! As a car enthusiast, it is no surprise that I’m picky with the paint on my car. Arak auto did an amazing job with the paint on my car. Having taken my new BMW to Arak for some body work, they have convinced me with their work ethic, communication and workmanship that Arak is my strong recommendation! By appointment only, I dealt only with Divan.. the vehicle was in “showroom” presentation mode waiting for the scheduled viewing. I was handed the Carfax hardcopy along with only one verbal note to state that the vehicle was purchased from BMW dealer at auction. Divan stayed back the whole time and available to further questions, he did not try to “push” the sale so overall a good experience. The followup negotiation was conducted via text messages, again, straightforward and overall a good experience. I end up purchasing the vehicle which was delivered detailed, and as a bonus, with the engine filter/oil changed and a full gas tank which was a nice surprise.

This place is a fabulous place to buy a car!! I just bought a wonderful car and Divan was so helpful and generous with his time. He helped me sync my phone and my radio and also got me a new key fob so that it works perfectly.
